Welcome to Shagufta Bridal. By booking any service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and surrounding areas.

We are proudly iVT Certified, providing professional beauty services across Satellite Town, 6th Road Rawalpindi, G9, G11, I-8, and near major landmarks including Centaurus Mall, Saudi Pak Tower, Ufone Tower, and F-6 Super Market.
Booking & Appointment Policy
- All bookings must be made via phone, WhatsApp, or official website.
- Appointments are confirmed only after advance payment is received.
- Dates are reserved strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Bridal bookings should be made well in advance to secure your date.
Shagufta Bridal reserves the right to decline booking requests without explanation.
Advance Payment & Deposits
- A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure any appointment.
- For bridal bookings, a minimum percentage of the total package must be paid in advance.
- The advance secures your selected date and time only.
- No booking is considered confirmed without advance payment.
Advance payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Client Cancellation
- Cancellation must be informed at least 72 hours prior to the appointment.
- Advance payment will not be refunded.
- Same-day cancellations will result in full service charges.
Rescheduling
- One-time rescheduling may be allowed if informed at least 48 hours prior.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Bridal bookings may not be rescheduled during peak wedding season.
No-Show Policy
If a client fails to appear at the scheduled appointment without prior notice:
- The appointment will be cancelled automatically.
- No refund or rescheduling will be allowed.
- Future bookings may require full advance payment.
Late Arrival Policy
- Clients arriving more than 15–30 minutes late may receive reduced service time.
- If delay exceeds reasonable time, the appointment may be cancelled without refund.
- Full payment remains applicable for late arrivals.
Timely arrival ensures the best results and smooth service execution.
Bridal & Event-Specific Terms
- Bridal trials (if offered) may be charged separately.
- Final makeup results may slightly vary due to lighting, skin texture, or environmental conditions.
- Outdoor events may affect makeup longevity due to humidity and weather.
- Early morning, late-night, or destination bookings may include additional charges.
- Clients must provide complete event timing details at booking.
Skin Conditions, Allergies & Medical Disclosure
Clients must inform Shagufta Bridal in advance about:
- Skin allergies
- Sensitive skin conditions
- Medical treatments
- Recent cosmetic procedures
We use professional-grade products; however:
- We are not liable for allergic reactions if conditions were not disclosed.
- Patch tests can be requested in advance.
- Results may vary depending on individual skin type.
Hygiene & Safety Standards
- All tools and brushes are sanitized after each client.
- High-quality professional products are used.
- Disposable items are used where required.
- Clients must cooperate with hygiene guidelines.
We reserve the right to refuse service if hygiene, safety, or health risks are present.
Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Remaining balance must be paid before or immediately after service completion.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash / Bank Transfer / Approved digital methods.
Promotional prices and packages are valid for limited time only.
On-Location / Home Services
For services outside our studio:
- Travel charges may apply depending on location (Rawalpindi, Islamabad, nearby areas).
- Clients must provide:
- Proper lighting
- Clean working space
- Seating arrangements
- Parking or venue access must be arranged by the client.
Failure to provide suitable setup may affect service quality.
Photography & Social Media Usage
Shagufta Bridal may capture photos/videos of completed work for:
- Portfolio
- Website
- Social media marketing
- Promotional campaigns
If a client wishes to maintain privacy, written notice must be given before the appointment.
Satisfaction & Refund Policy
- Client satisfaction adjustments must be requested during the appointment.
- Once the client leaves the venue, the service is considered accepted.
- No refunds will be issued after service completion.
- Personal preference changes are not grounds for refunds.
Refusal of Service
Shagufta Bridal reserves the right to refuse service in cases of:
- Misbehavior or inappropriate conduct
- Unsafe working conditions
- Unreasonable demands
- Harassment or disrespectful behavior
Professional conduct is expected from both parties.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by:
- Power outages
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Road closures
- Medical emergencies
In such cases, rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
